Welcome to my page.1 Retired Military, Retired Gulf pilot, Retired Lowes. I give up. Living large down here on the bayous of Louisiana. I spend my days slowly rebuilding the outside of the house and hope to rebuild the fence. But that may be a while.
This blog/radio station was started as a hobby back in 2007. Right now the entire thing is being rebuilt from the ground up.2 Running 2 computers. One for the scheduled server and my main box for the backup server and the streaming software. Both the streaming and random server run their streams through Icecast2 on the main server. RadioDJ runs the automated schedules on the secondary going to Sound Empire caster to make the stream and Icecast2 sends it as a relay to Icecast2 the main server then out into the internet. As for the random server, I am using Cantata as the front end for the MPD streamer to send it to Icecast and to parts unknown .
